MY NEW ROUTINE

 MY NEW ROUTINE

I used to wonder how people wake up at 5 in the morning and go on jog. During the winter mornings, getting out early before sunrise when its still dark, there is different kind of energy and freshness in it for both body and mind.  Every night I would promise myself I am gonna get up early and go on walk tomorrow.. But used to wake up disappointed at 8am :( and regretting why I slept late last night out of habit of being an insomniac. One fine night I didn't sleep at all I did not want to miss it. I so wanted to do it this time and then I went on walk at 5:30am. And that's how I started MY NEW ROUTINE.

I know its difficult to get up from the bed in winter mornings. But you will be mesmerized if you get up and step outside. You get to see the empty roads with street lights on as its still dark. Chirpings of different kind of birds which you rarely find in city life during the day. If you get lucky you would also spot some myna(name of bird) and sparrows and yes some flock of migratory birds flying during the sunrise. And that feeling when winter breeze brushes through your skin.. So chilling and fresh.. If you let it.. It can bring a smile on your face..so soothing.. Its a better experience than any spa could provide. Its really worth to see how light spreads into the sky with the rising sun. You leave house when its dark and you return during bright sunrise. It will definitely make one wonder that all these days I really missed out living my mornings.

 Now mornings have become favorite part of my day. How fascinating nature is designed.. reason why people often say it " A New Sunrise Brings Up A New Hope." Now it makes complete sense. Its so welcoming. 🌅😇🥰
